What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards using Shopify Payments.
This includes VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, eftpos, iDeal, ShopPay, UnionPay, Afterpay and PayPal.
Please note fees may apply at checkout for card payments.
Direct bank transfer payments are also available to avoid card fees, when sending a direct bank transfer please ensure add your Name and Order Number in the reference field.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases?
We have a minimum order value of $500 AUD for wholesale customers.
Individual minimums vary by product. Typically, our food products have a minimum purchase increment of 6 units, and our skincare products have a minimum purchase increment of 4 units.
What are the payment terms for wholesale orders?
Payment for wholesale orders is due prior to fulfillment, and an invoice will be sent to you once confirmed. Your order will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
We may be able to assist if this is not suitable, please get in touch with our wholesale team to discuss payment terms.
What margin do you offer?
Generally, we offer a margin of 30% on most of our products, some exceptions do apply to this rule.

What is your shipping policy?
Wholesale orders are subject to our standard shipping policy. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of payment being received. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the order size, destination, and shipping method.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight and destination of the order.
We discount the shipping cost by $25 AUD for every $500 AUD spend on wholesale orders, and this will appear included on your invoice.
Note we currently ship with Australia Post and Aramex Couriers, and a signature is required for all orders.
Can I pick up my order?
Definitely! You are welcome to collect your order at any of our stores. We have weekly deliveries to our Yarrawonga, Echuca and Bright locations, and we welcome you to come meet the team and see our products on the shelves.
If you'd like to arrange instore pickup, select 'Local Pickup' at checkout as your shipping method, and in the notes please advise which location you will be collecting from.
We will let you know when your order is ready for collection.
Can I return or exchange wholesale products?
Returns and exchanges for wholesale products are handled on a case-by-case basis. If products are found to be faulty or damaged, we will arrange for a refund or replacement. If you need to return or exchange an item, please get in touch with our wholesale team.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our team as soon as possible with photos of any damaged items, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I track my wholesale order?
Once your wholesale order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.
Do you offer samples?
If you would like to offer a tasting or sample to your customers - we can usually help! Please get in touch with our wholesale team to arrange.
What ingredients are in your products?
Each individual product page has every piece of info you or your customers could need including ingredients, and allergen information.
