Early Harvest Bread Dip

This simple, restaurant-style bread dip is all about letting a high-quality extra virgin olive oil shine, which is why our Early Harvest is the star. It’s fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavour, making every bite unforgettable.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rich Glen Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rich Glen Sticky Balsamic
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2–3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Warm crusty bread (ciabatta, sourdough, or baguette)

Directions

  1. Add the minced garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to a shallow bowl.
  2. Pour in the Early Harvest olive oil, letting it pool around the herbs.
  3. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the top.
  4. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan.
  5. Gently mix and let sit for a few minutes so the flavours infuse.
  6. Serve with warm, crusty bread and enjoy.
