Is this made with fragrance oils?

No. This Hand Wash is scented using pure essential oils only, not synthetic fragrance oils. All aroma comes from plant-derived oils, with no added artificial fragrances.


How is this different to the previous 320mL version?

The new formula has been completely reimagined and includes: 

pH-balanced for an effective yet hydrating cleanse

Soap-free and gentle, made with plant-based surfactants

A more luxurious lather with skin-loving ingredients including Organic Aloe Vera, Vitamin E and Olive Leaf Extract

A fresh, lightweight gel texture with a beautifully clear finish, replacing the previous off-white formula

A larger 500mL size, up from 320mL

Is this refillable?

Yes. We now offer 1L refill bottles, so you can easily replenish at home and continue reusing your original bottle.


Is it safe for sensitive skin?

The formula is gentle, naturally derived and free from synthetic fragrance. However, as it contains pure essential oils, we recommend performing a patch test before use, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin. For this reason, it is best suited for the body rather than regular facial use.


Can I use this during pregnancy?

As the formula contains essential oils, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before using during pregnancy or breastfeeding.


Is this product vegan?

Yes — it’s vegan and cruelty-free. We don’t use animal-derived ingredients and we do not test on animals.
