Is it the same formula, and does it have olive in it?
Yes, the formula remains unchanged. It still contains extra virgin olive oil and olive wax.
Is this made with fragrance oils?
No. This product is scented using pure essential oils only, not synthetic fragrance oils. All aroma comes from plant-derived oils, with no added artificial fragrances.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
The formula is gentle, naturally derived, and free from synthetic fragrance. However, as it contains pure essential oils, we recommend performing a patch test before use, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin. For this reason, it has been formulated for the body rather than the face.
Can I use this during pregnancy?
As the formula contains essential oils, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before using during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Is this product vegan?
Yes — it’s vegan and cruelty-free. We don’t use animal-derived ingredients and we do not test on animals.
Why has it moved from a tube to a tub?
The new tub format better suits the rich, buttery texture of the product and makes it easier to access every last bit. It’s the same much-loved formula, simply presented in a more practical format.
What makes it different from the Body Cream?
Body Butter is our richest body moisturiser. With shea butter, mango butter, olive oil and botanical oils, it’s designed for intensive hydration and dry skin, while Body Cream is lighter and designed for everyday moisturising.
