When does the offer start?
Our Black Friday offer starts online 9am AEDT Monday 20th November until 11:59pm Monday 27th November 2023.

Is the Black Friday offer instore too?
The Black Friday offer will be available in our Yarrawonga Store on Thursday 23rd November from 5pm to 7pm and Friday 24th November from 9am to 5pm, at both our Yarrawonga & Echuca stores.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, only from our FARM GATE, 734 Murray Valley Hwy Yarrawonga. You will receive an email once your order is ready to collect, please allow 4-5 business days for orders to be packed. You WILL NOT be able to collect from our Yarrawonga or Echuca stores during this offer.

Is this the biggest offer you have ever done?

Does the offer apply site-wide?
The offer is valid on Rich Glen products only. Excludes regional produce, bulk oils (2L, 4L, 10L, 20L), hampers, gift boxes, and already reduced prices. Excludes gift vouchers and Rich Glen refrigerated produce.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can! Please be advised our couriers experience an influx of orders this time of the year; our average wait time is around 1-2 weeks, depending on where you are located. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Do I need a discount code?
No, the discount will be automatically applied at the checkout. Spend over $150, and receive a free gift with purchase, this will apply automatically at checkout.

Does the offer apply to wholesale orders?
The offer cannot be applied to wholesale orders. If you are interested in stocking our products, apply via our website.

Can I use other discount codes in the Black Friday offer?
No, our Black Friday cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
