Best Balsamic Ever!

I absolutely love Rich Glen's Blood Orange Balsamic.I use it as a salad dressing with a little olive oil (Rich Glen of course!), and it never fails to generate approving comments from family and guests. But I also use it liberally in a marinade that I make for pork ribs Bali-style - combining it with sweet soy (ABC Sauce), grated fresh ginger and crushed garlic. It is an absolute staple in my pantry. Nick Hartgerink, Kiama Downs, NSW
