Dukkah & Salt Rub

Our Dukkah’s are a superb standby starter with a bowl of ‘the good oil’ and crusty bread. Perfect sprinkled over salads, roast veggies, soups, poached eggs, mash or toast with avocado. Also great when used as a light crumbing on meats.
Our Salt Rubs are fantastic when used on steak, chicken, fish and roasts. Rub sparingly, approximately 1 teaspoon per steak or fillet and 1 dessertspoon per roast. Cook to perfection.
