Once a year, for a very limited time, we offer the opportunity to experience our freshest extra virgin olive oil. The olives are picked whilst still young and green then cold pressed and bottled immediately on-site in Yarrawonga, Victoria. This ultra premium, unfiltered oil is fresh, buttery and grassy with hints of green apple and it has a delicate peppery finish.
