Ingredients for GF Lemon/Lime Syrup Cake:

Cake
1 and 1/3 Cups of White Sugar
2 lemons or limes, finely grated rind
4 Eggs
200ML Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
1 Cup Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour
1 Cup Almond Meal
Springform pan 8-inch
Bake for 40 minutes at 150C

Syrup
2 lemons or limes juiced
1/2 cup White Sugar
