12 Days of Christmas: Day 2

On the second day of Christmas, Rich Glen gave to me... Christmas Savoury Jam

A stunning and versatile condiment. Perfect for the Christmas turkey, succulent ham or turning your fridge full of leftovers into delicious filo parcels or rolls. Spread filo pastry sheets or rolls with Xmas Jam and top with slices of turkey or ham, a few rocket leaves, bacon, cheese/feta, and whatever else you can find in the fridge... simply delicious!

For the filo parcels – Drizzle with EVOO before layering, add ingredients and fold in pastry sides and roll. Place parcels seam side down on a greased baking tray,  drizzle with EVOO and bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
