Olive & Herb Goats Cheese Dip

This no-cook, easy olive and herb goat cheese dip comes together quickly and never fails. I mean, who doesn’t want to dip bread into herby-infused goat cheese? Yum

Ingredients

  • 300g Jar Goats Cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1/3 Cup Rich Glen Early Harvest Olive Oil
  • 2-3 Tbsp Rich Glen Sticky Balsamic
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme, plus more for garnish
  • 20 Rich Glen Kalamata Olives, pitted and chopped.
  • 2 gloves garlic, minced.
  • Black Pepper, to season
  • Zest of Half a Lemon
  • ½ Tsp Chilli Flakes
  • Crusty Sourdough Bread or Crackers to Serve

Directions

  1. To a medium bowl, add the Early Harvest Olive Oil, thyme, garlic, chilli, and pepper. Mix together.

  2. Next, add the lemon zest, Kalamata olives, and Sticky Balsamic. Mixl well to combine. Then set aside until you're ready to serve. The olive mixture can marinate for a few hours to bring all the flavors together.

  3. When ready to serve, take the goat cheese and spread it on a medium-sized serving plate.

  4. Add the olive mixture on top, and you're ready to serve this to your guests alongside some crusty sourdough or crackers. Enjoy!
